Assessments are paid annually and are mandatory for all property owners in Greensbrook Section One. Each Lot is subjected to (1) annual assessments and (2) in some circumstances special assessments for capital improvements. click here to pay assessments on line through the Owner Portal Login. 

Assessments levied by the Association are used exclusively to promote the recreation, health, safety, and welfare of the residents in the Greensbrook Section One and for the improvement and maintenance of common areas in the community.

Due to the rising costs of goods and services, the Board of Directors voted to increase the Assessment by 10% effective January 1, 2026 to $220.00. This is the first increase in dues in seven years.

All regular and special Assessments are due on January 1st of each calendar year.

Assessments become past due after January 31st of each calendar year. and accrue interest at 10% per annum. 

The Association is required by law to offer an installment option for eligible homeowners as an alternative to turning the account over to a debt-collection agency or legal counsel. To view the Collection Rules and Installment Plan Guidelines, click here.

We've partnered with Gregg & Gregg, P.C., a Houston-based law firm specializing in HOA law and collections. Through our lawyers, the Association can elect to bring an action at law against an Owner or foreclose a lien against the Property when an Owner fails to pay his or her assessment.  

Gregg & Gregg provides the Association with status reports monthly; therefore, payments may take several weeks to clear our bank. On-line payment through ManageCasa is not available when an account is under collections with Gregg & Gregg, P.C.
