What is our Zero-Tolerance Policy on Illegal Dumping?
Environmental advocacy is an important aspect of our work as an HOA. We have seen first-hand the devastating effects that illegal dumping and improper disposal of large-scale waste has had on Greensbrook Section One. The Association has adopted a zero-tolerance policy for dumping and will charge property owners each time the Association is tasked with the disposal of waste piled up on sidewalks and easements that is not suitable for pick-up by Best Trash. Please remember that Harris County no longer picks up heavy trash in unincorporated areas. Instead, it wants residents to utilize the Free Heavy Trash Drop-Off Every Third Saturday from 8:00am - 1:00pm on Miller Road.
How do I report a streetlight outtage or a gas leak?
All utility and service provides for Greensbrook Section One are listed under the Utility and Service tab on our website and include customer service information for energy, water, wastewater, sanitation and natural gas providers.
