Illegal Dumping
Pollution caused by Illegal dumping has reached a critical level in Greensbrook Section One and throughout Municipal Utility District No. 148. Illegally dumped furniture, mattresses, household waste, hazardous waste, tires, construction and yard debris onto sidewalks, barricades, easements and rights of way throughout the subdivision depreciates property values and costs the HOA tens of thousands of dollars each year in abatement.
Please help your community by properly disposing of your trash and garbage. MUD No. 148 provides trash service for all residents including heavy trash pickups on Mondays and Thursdays. Click here to see what items are suitable for pickup on heavy trash days. Any trash deposited on a curb or sidewalk or in plain view of private lot that is deemed unsuitable for heavy trash pick-up is considered an illegal dumping.
Illegal dumping anywhere in the community's common areas or county easements yis a punishable offense and carries a hefty fine. You can help by reporting illegal dumping to authorities using the contact links below.
