The Greensbrook Homeowners Association is self-managed by Directors who volunteer their time for the benefit of the community. Board members have a fiduciary duty to act in the best interest of the Association and its Members. Board members are elected by the Membership at the Annual Meeting of Members and may serve for several terms. The Association welcomes volunteers. If you are interested in becoming a volunteer or serving on the Association Board, please contact the Association.
Key Personnel
The Bylaws of the Association authorize the Board of Directors to delegate some or all of the managerial and administrative duties of the Association. We contract with HOA specialist Gaynell Drexler to assist with our day-to-day legal, administrative and compliance needs. The Association also contracts with Gregg & Gregg, P.C., a Houston-based law firm specializing in HOA law and collections to assist with account delinquencies.
