Standard processing time for a Resale Certificate request is 3-5 business days from the time of the request, which can be expedited for an additional fee of $50.00.

Our transfer fees are:

$350.00 (per transaction) for Resale Certificates
$250.00 (per transaction) for Refinance Certificates
$  50.00 (per transaction) for Refreshed Certificates (after 30 days)
$  50.00 (per transaction) for Rush Fee 1-2 Business Days
